Born and raised in Philadelphia, Gabriela is a Peruvian-American actress, singer, dancer, and writer based in New York City. She recently graduated from The University of Michigan with a B.A. in Drama and Creative Writing.

Her passion for the arts started when she found her grandparents’ old VHS tapes of stars like Shirley Temple, Gene Kelly, and Judy Garland. She went on to participate in musical theatre intensive programs, sing in the choir at her synagogue, and perform and choreograph professionally at the Walnut Street Theatre. In addition, her love of storytelling has inspired her to write multiple short stories and plays that she hopes to develop in the future.

Besides being on stage, Gabriela enjoys reading a good detective novel, playing pickup basketball with her dad, attempting a new recipe from The Great British Baking Show, and traveling with her family.
